Pyrolysis Fuel Oil

High-calorific, free-flowing industrial fuel oil produced from both plastic and tyre rubber feedstocks.

Serves as a direct substitute for furnace oil, heavy fuel oil and industrial diesel in cement kilns, boilers, power generators and marine engines. Tyre-derived oil has a density of approximately 0.91 g/cc and a low flash point, making it an efficient industrial fuel.

02Co-Product — Tyre Rubber Stream

Recovered Carbon Black

Solid char residue from tyre pyrolysis, milled and classified to produce rCB equivalent to ASTM N550 grade.

Used as a reinforcing filler in rubber compounding, paints, inks, cable compounds and agricultural films at significantly lower carbon intensity.

03Co-Product — Tyre Rubber Stream

Scrap Steel Wire

High-tensile bead wire extracted magnetically during pre-processing and post-pyrolysis.

Baled to high Fe purity and sold directly to steel rerollers, scrap processors and construction material manufacturers, supporting the circular economy in the steel sector.

Plastic Pyrolysis Oil

Plastic feedstocks including PE, PP, PS and ABS yield a lighter, higher-calorific oil fraction.

Suitable for industrial boilers, DG sets and thermal applications. Non-condensable syngas produced is recycled as reactor fuel, making the operation near energy self-sufficient.
